MP proposes to dismiss vice-mayor for report over burnt building Prosecutor General’s Office

AKIPRESS.COM - The mayor's office said that the former building of the Prosecutor General's Office is in poor condition, however the they are plan to use it further, said MP Ekmat Baybakpayev at the parliament meeting on Dec 12. According to him, he sent a request to the Bishkek mayor's office and received response signed by vice- mayor Alymkulov that the condition of the building is unsatisfactory and does not comply with seismic standards.
"We need to invite the mayor and dismiss them,"MP was outraged.
Bakpayev stated that it was necessary to decide what to do with the building, which occupies place in the center of the capital. "Tourists come and think that we are so miserable that we can not do anything with this building. We can attract investors for the construction of the stadium there," Baibakpaev suggested.
