Government should provide international competitiveness of Kazakh business — Tokayev

AKIPRESS.COM - The government should help businessmen develop international competitiveness of their business, President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said at the award ceremony on Friday.
"We should take into the consideration the new challenges both in the industryand economy of the country as a whole. These are trade wars, sanctioned restrictions between large economic powers. In such conditions, international competitiveness of the national business should be developed for implementation of the economic potential of the country. The government should help in this," Tokayev said.
According to him, the central element of the industrial policy should stimulate the export and development of the internal market of Kazakhstan.
