Kazakhstan in top 5 countries with cheapest Internet — ranking.kz

AKIPRESS.COM - 2.5 million Internet users have been registered in Kazakhstan by the end of November 2019, which is 1.8% less than in the same period of the last year, ranking.kz reports.
98% of them use high broadband Internet, the ranking says.
Kazakhstanis pay $11.2 for 100 megabits per second in month. This is the 5th indicator among 62 countries of the world on cheap Internet.
Meanwhile, Kyrgyzstanis pay the highest price for Internet in the EAEU - $34.1, in Armenia and Belarus - $21 and $13.
One of the reasons for reduction of a number of fixed Internet users is a gradual transition to of the users to a mobile communications using Internet.
In December, 15.2 million users of mobile communications with Internet access were recorded, which is 7.5% more than in last year.
A total of more than 4.5 billion Internet users are registered in the world. This is 58.8% of the total population of the planet.
The Internet speed in Kazakhstan is not on the highest level.
