AKIPRESS.COM - The ceremony of lighting of the Main New Year Tree was held at the Astana square of the city of Almaty on December 19, Tengrinews.kz reports. The 20-meter tree was lit up with participation of mayor Bakytzhan Sagintayev and residents of the city.
A total of 9 artificial New Year Trees with the height of 10-20 meters were installed in the city.
