Bishkek local council members late for own session

AKIPRESS.COM - Bishkek local council members traditionally can not gather to the session on time. The regular session of the local council was supposed to start on Dec 25 at 09:00am. However, only 17 council members arrived as of 10:00am.
The draft agenda of the session includes 33 issues, including discussion of the environmental situation in Bishkek, adoption of the city budget for 2020, adoption of the draft detailed plan for the central part of Bishkek and other issues.
