Vice Minister of Information and Social Development of Kazakhstan named

AKIPRESS.COM - Gabidulla Ospankulov was appointed Vice Minister of Information and Social Sevelopment of Kazakhstan, the press service of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan said. Ospankulov was born in 1981 in the South Kazakhstan region. He graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University, the Kazakh-Russian University, the University of Birmingham (UK) under the Bolashak program.
Over the years, he worked in the Parliament of Kazakhstan, the Presidential Administration, the Administration of Ekibastuz, the Ministry of Education and Science.
From 2013 to 2017, he headed the Committee on Youth Affairs, was the director of the Department of Youth Policy of the Ministry of Education and Science, worked at the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Civil Society.
From October 2017 to August 2019, he served as deputy governor of the West Kazakhstan Region. From August to December 2019, he was secretary of the Nur Otan Party founded by Nursultan Nazarbayev.
