Over 1,100 babies born in Uzbekistan on New Year day

AKIPRESS.COM - By 6.00 pm of January 1, some 1,111 babies were born in Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Health said.
This included 572 boys and 539 boys. The biggest number of newborns is reported in Samarkand region - 141. It is followed by Ferghana region - 137 newborns and Kashkadarya region - 134 newborns.
Two twins were born
The population of Uzbekistan by October 2019 made 33.724 million people.
