Labor Ministry registers orphan children and their property

AKIPRESS.COM - 5% out of 12,000 children in the orphanages are full orphans, the rest of children have parents, said the Deputy Labor Ministry Aliza Soltonbekova on Jan 9. The Deputy Minister briefed on the decree of Prime Minister on automated data base system of children in the orphanages, which provides information about a child and his property.
"The parents were against this system as they do not want to disclose the property information. They addressed to Education Ministry, which has another form of registration system: child, parents, contacts and life conditions, with no information on property. The are three filling forms: if a child is an orphan then all information is about him will be included, so that the child's property is safe," Soltonbekova added.
