Kyrgyz-Tajik border situation. 3 citizens of Kyrgyzstan detained

AKIPRESS.COM - Around 30 citizens of Tajikistan attacked the truck of a Kyrgyz citizen with stones on January 10, 2020 in Kok-Tash village, villagers told Turmush. Citizens of Kyrgyzstan in return attacked the Hyundai Porter truck belonging to a citizen of Tajikistan with stones on January 11.
Three men, who threw stones into the truck of a Tajik citizen, were taken to a Kyrgyz police department.
The villagers then blocked the Batken-Isfana road demanding to release them.
Police forces and border units in Batken region are on high alert.
