First graders in Naryn get winter break extended over cold air temperature

AKIPRESS.COM - The winter break for first grade students of schools in Naryn town has been extended, local education department chief Kubanychbek Mambetov said. The first graders will return to school after the winter break in a week. Such decision was made on the basis of the school curriculum, he said.
"The curriculum foresees additional weak of break for 1-grade students. We decided to use this break now. This is connected to cold air temperature in the town. The rest students returned to school today," he said.
