AKIPRESS.COM - Almaty specialized investigative court rejected the appeal of mother of figure skater Denis Ten against two policemen.
Oksana Ten wanted the two policemen who were on the murder scene to be brought to responsibility for negligence as Ms Ten believes the police officers did not provide needed first aid to Denis.
Two juvenile police inspectors, Adilbek Musayev and Azamat Nurpeisov, were the witnesses of the murder of Denis Ten. In court, they said they had seen car thieves attacking the figure skater. Then police officer Nurpeisov asked passers-by to provide medical aid to injured Denis and call an ambulance, while he ran to chase down the criminals.
These actions, according to Oksana Ten, were negligence. Ten intends to challenge the court decision at the city court.
