President meets children whose parents and relatives died in plane crash in Dachi SU

AKIPRESS.COM - President Sooronbai Jeenbekov today met with children who lost their relatives in the Boeing 747 cargo plane crash into the Dachi SU near the Manas airport on January 16, 2017, the President's Office reports. The head of the state noted that crash of Boeing-747 plane into the Dachi SU village, which resulted to death of dozens of citizens, including children is a tragedy for the entire Kyrgyz people.
The president expressed condolences to the relatives and noted that this day remains in the memory of Kyrgyz people as one of the most tragic days when the country lost its citizens. Jeenbekov added that the corresponding state bodies and local authorities will provide assistance on a permanent basis in the resolution of social issues.
The head of the state wished children good health, long and prosperous life. The relatives of the plane crash victims expressed gratitude to president for the attention and support provided to them by the country's authorities.
At the end of the meeting, Sooronbai Jeenbekov presented children souvenirs, books and laptops.
Three years ago, the Boeing-747 plane with cargo crashed into the Dachi SU village near the Manas international airport killing 39 people: 35 on the ground and 4 air crew members-citizens of Turkey.
