AKIPRESS.COM - Tash kordo is an ancient dish of Kyrgyz. There are various views why the dish is called dish of hunters. Some say that the dish was cooked by hunters. The dish is cooked from the neck and ribs of livestock. The meat should be marinaded for 1 or 2 days, salted and peppered and grilled on live coals.
