Bishkek discusses issues of execution of fines imposed for criminal offenses

AKIPRESS.COM - Bishkek hosted a meeting of expert working group on monitoring of the events held within the judicial reform on discussion of issues of execution of some regulations of law on status of bailiffs and on enforcement procedures, as well as draft laws on making amendments to the law on enforcement procedures on Jan 23. The meeting was attended by the members of the expert group for monitoring, representatives of the President's and Government's Offices, the General Prosecutor Office, the leadership and employees of judicial department and bailiffs.
The meeting discussed the issues of execution of fines, which were imposed for the criminal offenses and issues of deprivation of property.
Following the meeting, the next resulting meeting was planned with the participation of the representatives of legislative authorities in order to take actions to regulate the legislative base, in particular in the sphere of enforcement procedures and bailiffs.
