Mongolia slides down to 106th position in latest Corruption Perceptions Index

AKIPRESS.COM - Mongolia worsened its position in the latest Corruption Perceptions Index 2019 by 13 spots. The country was placed in the group of with "a very poor fight against corruption" and holds 106th place among 180 countries of the world. This year, Mongolia gained 2 scores less than in the previous year.
In 2017, Mongolia gailed 36 scores and took the 103rd place, in 2016 - 38.
The political parties are considered as the most corrupted in this country.
Transparency International released its latest corruption perceptions index on Thursday, ranking levels of perceived corruption in governments across the world.
