President Battulga invites Greta Thunberg to visit Mongolia

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Mongolia Khaltmaagiin Battulga, who is attending the World Economic Forum in Davos, on January 23 met with Greta Thunberg, the Swedish environmental activist on climate change, and invited her to participate in the International Youth Green Games in Mongolia. The International Youth Green Games in Ulaanbaatar will be held on September 13-19, 2020.
The International Youth Green Games are open to all 195 member countries of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. Over 4000 athletes are expected to participate in the games under the theme ‘Sustainable Development Goals-2030'.
