Kazakhstan-UAE trade turnover was over $500 million within 11 months of 2019

AKIPRESS.COM - President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev today arrived in the United Arab Emirateson official visit. According to the LS, the trade turnover of Kazakhstan and the UAE in 11 months of 2019 exceeded $500 million.
The Ministry of Trade and Integration of Kazakhstan said that this is 10.3% more than in 2018.
Export of Kazakhstan amounted to $418.5 million with the 8% growth.
Growth of export to the UAE was due to the increase of the volume of copper and copper cathodes by 10.4%, barley by 10.4 times, dried legumes by 4.7 and so on. As for imports, the indicator for the reporting period increased by 24% to $81.5 million.
