Minister of Health urges Kazakhstanis arriving from China to visit hospitals

AKIPRESS.COM - Minister of Health of Kazakhstan Yelzhan Birtanov called on the Kazakhstanis, who arrived from China over the past 2 weeks, to appeal to the hospitals and tell doctors about their health conditions, Informburo.kz reported.
The Minister said that this will help timely diagnose the disease and save their family members and others from virus infection.
According to Birtanov, 25,585 people, including citizens of Kazakhstan and foreigners, arrived from China to Kazakhstan over the past time.
The Chinese authorities recommend foreign citizens to stay where they are now to minimize the movement of people, but they are also ready to consider the issue of evacuation of foreigners in case of strong requests from other states.
