Driver deliberately run over a dog in Bishkek, probe launched

AKIPRESS.COM - Probe into animal abuse was launched after the driver deliberately run over a dog in Bishkek, police said.
An eyewitness sent a video to AKIpress to raise awareness of the animal abuse problem. In the video, the driver of Toyota Aventis first stops, then drives back and then speeds up to hit the dog. The animal died on the scene.
Investigation and identification of the driver is under way, police said.
