PM Abilgaziyev orders to provide security of citizens during peaceful rallies

AKIPRESS.COM - Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Muhametkaliy Abilgaziyev ordered to ensure security of citizens during peaceful rallies, the government's press service reported.
Abilgaziyev urges the sides to avoid conflicts during the campaigns with participation of citizens.
"Our people have been respecting women and preserving traditional values. The role of women in the life of a family and society has always been special. We should keep these values and respect them today. The law enforcement bodies should take comprehensive measures to protect peaceful citizens from anyone and prevent conflicts. And organizers of rallies should recognize their responsibility for participants and do everything to prevent provocations," the PM said.
Abilgaziyev in this regard tasked the Interior Ministry to ensure order during rallies within the limits of legislation.
