AKIPRESS.COM - Remittances from Kyrgyz migrants will decrease, Director of the Institute of Socio-Economic Studies of the Financial University under the Russian Government, Doctor of Economics Alexei Zubets said during a video conference Moscow-Bishkek-Yerevan-Tbilisi-Minsk.
Money transfers by Kyrgyz labor migrants in Russia are expected to decrease, but it cannot be said how much.
"Ruble devaluation is ongoing now. But this situation is not catastrophic. The volume of remittances may fall by 10-15% in USD terms," he said.
