Kyrgyz soldiers to participate in Victory Day Parade of Moscow

AKIPRESS.COM - Some 52 soldiers of the National Guard of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan are preparing documents for entering Russian territory to participate in the Victory Day Parade, the State Registration Service reported. The soldiers are preparing documents in population service centers, the press service said.
"Our soldiers plan to participate in the event in Moscow on occassion of the 72nd anniversary of the Victory Day Parade of the Great Patriotic War," the statement noted.
Moscow continues preparations for the arrival of foreign guests to attend the Victory Day Parade on May 9, TASS reports with reference to Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"However, it will take into account the coronavirus situation," he said.
Peskov noted that "a large number of guests have been invited" to attend the parade "and have confirmed their participation." "There is no talk about cancelling or limiting this format, preparations continue for the arrival of delegations and resolving all logistics issues as well as military servicemen's training for the parade," he added.
