Health Minister is confident that there is no coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - The coronavirus can't be hidden, said the Health Minister Kosmosbek Cholponbayev at the press conference in Bishkek on March 13. The conference participants asked minister is it possible that some people in Kyrgyzstan were infected with coronavirus and later recovered.
"The quarantine period lasts for two weeks. The virus appears from the 1st to 14 days. It can't be hidden," he replied.
According to him, there are no coronavirus cases in Kyrgyzstan. "The virus can't recover by itself and be hidden. You may rest assured that there is no coronavirus in the republic," the minister added.
"We should be grateful that we did not have coronavirus. The virus was confirmed in 117 out of 198 countries," he said.
