AKIPRESS.COM - Temporary restrictions of mass events by government of Kyrgyzstan imply that cafes, restaurants and other places should refrain from holding events, Vice Prime Minister Altynai Omurbekova told AKIpress.
According to her, the government issued an order, where it recommends to refrain from holding mass events.
"Most people are wondering why the government just recommends instead of banning. First of all, this is within the legal framework. Secondly, we hold accountable the owners of cafes too. These restrictions already says that the cafes and restaurants must refrain from holding events," she noted.
