Air Astana bans flights to/from Kazakhstan until end of emergency situation

AKIPRESS.COM - Air Astana company was ordered to suspend flights to and from Kazakhstan. The decision of the government enters into force from 8:00 am March 16 and will be valid until 7:00 am April 15.
All citizens of Kazakhstan staying abroad will be able to return to Kazakhstan during entrance of these restrictions into force, the company said.
SCAT airline reports that it has not yet received an official order on further actions concerning the change in schedule.

At a moment, Kazakhstan confirmed 9 cases of coronavirus in the country.
A nationwide emergency situation will last from March 16 to April 15.
