Governors of Batken and Ferghana regions discuss cooperation

AKIPRESS.COM - Governor of Batken region Alisher Abdrahmanov and head of Ferghana region of Uzbekistan Shukhrat Ganiyev on March 12 met in Batken town, Turmush reports.
Ganiyev congratulated Abdrahmanov on his appointment as governor and wished him success in this position.
The sides discussed economic and cultural cooperation between the regions.
The governors then signed an action plan on providing security of border areas of Batken and Ferghana regions.
The meeting was attended by heads of districts, representatives of border services and law enforcement structures.
