All infected citizens in Nookat district are women arriving from Kuwait

AKIPRESS.COM - All infected people in Nookat district are women, said Vice PM Altynai Omurbekova at the parliament meeting on March 20. MP Altynbek Sulaimanov asked Omurbekova to confirm the information on new cases of coronavirus infection in Kyrgyzstan.
According to her, 3 infected women arrived from Kuwait, they are residents from different villages of Nookat district. "They are receiving treatment. There are enough medicines. Emergency situation has been declared in Nookat district of Osh region on March 20 from 10:00 am, she said.
Health Minister Kosmosbek Cholponbayev refused to disclose the personal data of the infected citizens during the briefing.
On March 18, Kyrgyzstan confirmed first three cases of coronavirus - all of the infected were men.
