Trade deficit amounted to $255.7 million in Jan 2020

AKIPRESS.COM - The foreign trade turnover of the Kyrgyz Republic in January 2020 amounted to $473.7 million and decreased by 1.4% in comparison with January 2019 according to preliminary data of the National Statistical Committee. Exports amounted to $109 million (5.0% increase) and imports - $364.7 million (3.2% decrease).
Due to the outpacing growth of imports over exports, the trade deficit amounted to $255.7 million.
