Curfew to last from 8.00 pm to 7.00 am in emergency state areas of Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - The curfew has been introduced in the areas where the state of emergency was declared, Deputy Interior Minister Almaz Orozaliev told a press conference today.
The curfew will last from 8.00 pm to 7.00 am since March 25, he said.
"The curfew will entail certain restrictions for movement of citizens. The city will be locked down for transport and so on," he explained.
The Deputy Interior Minister called citizens visiting the capital to leave it before 24.00.
When police detain a person during the curfew in the street, he or she will be deported from the city in case he or she lives in another area. In case identity is not established, police can hold the person up to 3 days, Deputy Minister Orozaliev said.
Movement of citizens and transport is prohibited during the curfew.
Only those having special passes, including police officers, health professionals, are allowed to move outdoors during the curfew.
