Person found outdoors during curfew without ID can be held in custody up to 3 days

AKIPRESS.COM - The curfew will not be shifted after its approval, Bishkek vice mayor and deputy commandant Aziz Alymkulov said.
He asked heads of municipal companies supporting life of the capital to carry out work in allowed hours.
The curfew should be observed and no leeway will be given, Aziz Alymkulov stressed.
In case a citizen with ID document is found outdoors during the curfew, this person will be taken to a police station and will be held until the morning, Bishkek commandant Almaz Orozaliev said.
"If a person does not have documents, we have the right to hold him or her up to 3 days to establish identity. Only police officers, medical professionals, workers of Tazalyk cleaning company, emergency services may stay outdoors, the rest should stay at home," he said.
