State of emergency. Citizens may leave home for 3 reasons only

AKIPRESS.COM - During the state of emergency citizens may leave home to visit a hospital, to buy products at food stores or medicines at pharmacies, First Vice Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov said.
Citizens are prohibited to leave their homes during the curfew that will last from 8.00 pm until 7.00 am.
"Citizens may be outdoors from 7.00 am until 8.00 pm for three reasons. They may go to a food store to buy products, to pharmacy and a hospital. Workers of some government agencies will have passes allowing movement outdoors during the curfew," Boronov said.
Workers of food stores, pharmacies and hospitals should obtain a permit to get to their work places.
These rules are effective for all settlements where the state of emergency was declared, including Bishkek, Osh, Jalal-Abad, Karasuu and Nooken districts of Osh region, Suzak district of Jalal-Abad region.
