Day 1 of state of emergency. Bishkek is half-empty

AKIPRESS.COM - The state of emergency became effective in Bishkek since March 25.
Citizens may go outside from 7.00 am and until 8.00 pm only to buy products or medicines, to visit a hospital.
Citizens should have ID documents and a self-declaration form justifying why a citizen need to leave home, indicating the route from home to a place of destination.
Few people are seen on emptying streets of Bishkek. The number of cars dropped.
The curfew will be effective from 8.00 pm until 7.00 am. Citizens must stay at home.
