Kyrgyzstan in talks with China on supply of protective gears for medical staff

AKIPRESS.COM - Kyrgyzstan is in talks with China on supply of protective gears to Kyrgyzstan for medical staff working directly with coronavirus patients, Health Ministry spokesperson Ainura Akmatova said at a March 25 briefing.
There are certain norms and requirements for protective gears, the Ministry of Health is specifying them to companies sewing the suits.
Medical staff working at hospitals with no coronavirus patients must wear scrubs, caps, masks and gloves and observe personal hygiene rules, Akmatova said.
They must also observe quarantine at the hospitals and not allow relatives and guests in. "These are requirements that can save hospitals without coronavirus patients from infection spread," Akmatova said.
