AKIPRESS.COM - Employees of international organizations can move freely in Bishkek before curfew, which is in force from 8pm until 7am due to coronavirus, Bishkek Commandant Almazbek Orozaliyev said on March 25. During daytime, Bishkek residents can move around the city only with a travel itinerary they must write down and have their IDs with them, he said.
When going outside, citizens should have ID document and a handwritten self-declaration form that will specify the route from the house to a place a citizen is going.
The form should include the following details:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- Reason why you are leaving home
- Time you are leaving home
- Time you expect to return
- Place of residence
- Address of a place you are going to.
