Bishkek citizens complain about demand to present special pass by police in day time

AKIPRESS.COM - Bishkek citizens reported about problems with movement around Bishkek.
Citizens complained to AKIpress about police officers who stopped them.
"They stop us and demand a special pass, even though we present a self-declaration form and ID document," they said.
Bishkek commandat Almaz Orozaliev and deputy commandant Azizibek Alymkulov told a press conference yesterday that movement across the city is possible with the self-declaration form and identity document.
Police officers also today demanded special passes from media representatives despite the Bishkek comanndant said there won't be any restrictions for work of journalists.
