AKIPRESS.COM - Mobile operators active in Uzbekistan explained why they refuse to provide services in case users have zero balance.
Mobile operators Beeline, Mobiuz and Ucell said on their websites they won't provide services in case users do not pay for them.
The earlier issued resolution of the government prohibiting to cut off services with zero balance applies to telephone communication and Internet access, but not to mobile communication, operators said.
The Uzbek government issued a resolution on March 23 saying Internet and telephone communication should not be cut off within 2 months even unpaid.
