Parents in Kyrgyzstan not to be fined for late registration of birth of their children during state of emergency

AKIPRESS.COM - Parents will not be fined for late registration of birth of their children between March 22 and April 22, the State Registration Service of Kyrgyzstan said.
This decision will apply to the whole country.
Local civil status registration offices were informed that citizens should not be fined for late registration of their children during the period of the state of emergency.
The State Registration Service has asked citizens to refrain from visit to public service centers and civil status registration office without serious reasons.
