Labor Code of Kyrgyzstan doesn't regulate remote working

AKIPRESS.COM - The Labor Code of Kyrgyzstan does not have a norm regulating remote work, Minister of Labor and Social Development Ulukbek Kochkorov said.
"We are taking actions to make necessary changes in the respective regulations," he said.
The current wording of the Labor Code includes the article 127 that reads that 2/3 of salary in such cases should be retained, the Minister said.
