First Vice PM Boronov disapproves arbitrary introduction of curfew in some parts of Kyrgyzstan

AKIPRESS.COM - First Vice Prime Minister Kubatbek Boronov disapproved introduction of curfew arbitrarily by citizens in some areas of Kyrgyzstan where the state of emergency was not declared.
"If this is done, then it is wrong. I understand that people are afraid and set up roadblocks at the entry to their settlements," he said.
It is also wrong when such improvised checkpoints require from citizens self-declaration forms or employment verifications to justify movement of citizens, he added.
"If this information is confirmed, we will give the task to remove such checkpoints and not allow them anymore," Boronov said.
Discipline should be followed, contacts should be minimized in order not to catch coronavirus, he stressed.
