AKIPRESS.COM - Samat Ibraev has officially joined the parliament of Kyrgyzstan, the Central Election Commission said.
On April 9, the session of the Central Commission on Elections and Referenda considered transferring the vacant mandate of a member of parliament.
Ibraev is former Chief of Staff of the Parliament's Office.
He is from the SDPK faction.
