AKIPRESS.COM - Nurbolot Usenbaev has been appointed Deputy Health Minister, Chief Sanitary Inspector.
The respective order was signed by Prime Minister Muhamedkaliy Abilgaziyev on April 9.
Usenbaev, 58, graduated from the Kyrgyz State Medical University.
During 2006-2012, he served as project manager of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. In 2013-2014, he was Deputy Director of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Control Department. From 2014 to 2015 he headed the Center for Quarantine and Dangerous Infections.
Before this appointment, Usenbaev was deputy director of the National Center for Quarantine and Dangerous Infections under the Ministry of Health.
