Turkey not to penalize Kyrgyz citizens for violating migration laws due to pandemic

AKIPRESS.COM - Turkey will not impose penalties on foreign nationals, including Kyrgyz citizens, who could not leave the country in time or obtain/extend residence permits due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan said.
The Consulate General of Kyrgyzstan in Istanbul said that these measures will remain in force until the situation with coronavirus in Turkey normalizes and regular flights are resumed.
As of April 11, Turkey confirmed 47,029 cases, 2,423 recovered and 1,006 died.
