MP asks government to allow people making a living from daily earnings work

AKIPRESS.COM - MP Asel Koduranova raised the issue of resuming the service-oriented companies during the parliamentary session on April 15 as people are running out of food stocks and cash. "At least hairdressers and delivery agents should be allowed to work, they make a living from daily earnings. They are in a very critical situation, they are running out of food stocks and cash," she said.
Earlier Deputy Prime Minister Erkin Asrandiyev said that the resumption of a number of economic activities amid coronavirus lockdown is being considered.
"We will announce soon which businesses can resume their activity," he said.
Kyrgyzstan extended the state of emergency until April 30.
