Total of COVID-19 cases in Uzbekistan rises to 1,582

AKIPRESS.COM - Seventee new COVID-19 cases were confirmed by 2.30 p.m. in Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Health said.
That brought the total number to 1,582 cases.
238 coronavirus patients were discharged from hospital after recovery, 5 died.
The quarantine was extended until May 10.
Citizens are required to stay home except for essential reasons to go outside.
