Uzbekistan reports 8th lethal case linked to coronavirus

AKIPRESS.COM - A woman with COVID-19 died of acute respiratory distress, heart and pulmonary failure, the Ministry of Health said.
A woman was taken to the Tashkent region infectious disease hospital on April 19 in a critical condition. After the woman tested positive for coronavirus, she was transferred to the clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy.
The patient had chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, double bronchial pneumonia, acute respiratory distress, blood hypertension, class 3 obesity.
