Contacts of confirmed COVID-19 cases exceed 2,700

AKIPRESS.COM - The number of people contacting the confirmed COVID-19 cases reached 2,706, Deputy Health Minister Nurbolot Usenbayev told a briefing today.
All contacts are under medical observation in home quarantine.
1,083 people remain in observation points. "They are waiting for results of their laboratory tests. The commission will decide every particular case whether transfer to home quarantine is reasonable," the Deputy Health Minister said.
