People tried to escape from apartment buildings locked down for quarantine in Kazakhstan

In one case, a 34-year-old man jumped out from the first floor window. He then tried to escape in his car, but he was immediately detained by police. The man was returned home. His car was impounded.
In another case, a family of three tried to escape through the roof of the locked down apartment building. The man was carrying his little daughter in his hands. The runway attempt was caught on video by an eyewitness.
The administrative probes were launched for violation of quarantine requirements during the state of emergency.
