Bishkek commandant's office not to seize bicycles as warned earlier

AKIPRESS.COM - Bishkek commandant Almaz Orozaliev reminded about the earlier decision to seize bicycles in case a cyclist was just riding without a serious reason.
"Citizens who were cycling without essential reasons were taken to police stations, where they were explained about importance to stay home and not breach quarantine requirements. We decided not to seize bicycles," the commandant said.
The commandant warned actions will be taken in case citizens move across the city without serious reasons and do not have a routing form with them.
"If citizens break the law, they will face the sanctions," the commandant said.
