AKIPRESS.COM - According to the labor market information system of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of Kyrgyzstan, 100,000 people are unemployed in the country, Deputy Minister Janyl Alybayeva said today at the press conference.
Alybayeva told what actions are made as part of implementation of the order of President Sooronbai Jeenbekov on announcement of 2020 as a Year of Development of Regions, Digitalization and Support of Children and the national development strategy for 2018-2040.
A web portal with specialists, bank vacancies, paid social works, professional training and other information has been created for citizens seeking jobs, she noted.
Alybayeva reminded that every family receives social benefits for the birth of a child since 2019.
Since December 1, 2019, if a triplet or more children are born, the family gets a one-time aid in the size of 50,000 som. The size of a guaranteed minimum income increased from 900 som to 1,000 som from December 1, 2019, the Deputy Minister added.
