AKIPRESS.COM - 807 Mongolians will be airlifted to Mongolia from abroad on three chartered flights on April 30, May 1 and 2, the operative team of the State Emergency Commission said on April 29. 273 citizens that are transiting through Seoul, South Korea from 7 countries will return to Mongolia on April 30.
271 citizens living in South Korea will also arrive on another charter flight from Seoul on May 1.
Another 263 citizens, who traveled to Frankfurt from 13 countries around the world to fly to Mongolia, will arrive on a charter flight from the German city on May 2, Montsame reports citing Director General of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs L.Munkhtushig.
All of the people arriving on these flight along with the cabin crews will be placed under 21-day compulsory and precautionary isolation immediately upon arrival.
A total of over 1,800 Mongolians were brought to Mongolia on previous 8 chartered flights, and over 2,400 Mongolian citizens were allowed entry into the country through road and railway checkpoints.
Currently, over 9,900 citizens have submitted their requests to return to Mongolia from 35 countries.
